Welcome! To provide a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all clients, please review our studio policies carefully. These guidelines help us maintain the highest standards of service and care.


Booking & Appointments

  • Advanced Booking Recommended: We suggest booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for popular services like lashes and piercings.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email or SMS confirmation upon booking and a reminder 24–48 hours before your appointment.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate other clients. We cannot guarantee a full service if time is limited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellation Notice: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. This fee must be paid prior to rebooking.
  • Repeated No-Shows: Multiple no-shows or late cancellations may result in requiring full prepayment or refusal of service.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services, including piercings and special lash sets, to secure your booking.
  • Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment date if rescheduled with adequate notice.

Age Requirements & Consent

  • Clients must be 16 years or older for most services.
  • Those under 18 require parental or guardian consent, which must be provided in writing before the appointment.
  • For piercings, additional ID and consent requirements may apply.

Health & Safety

  • Please disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that could affect your treatment or healing.
  • If you are feeling unwell, pregnant, or have a contagious illness, please reschedule to protect your health and that of others.
  • We follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and sterilisation protocols for all services.

Service Expectations

  • We use only premium products and professional techniques tailored to your needs.
  • Individual results vary based on your natural hair, skin type, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
  • Please follow all aftercare advice carefully to ensure optimal healing and longevity.

Jewellery & Piercing

  • Only high-quality implant-grade jewellery is used for all piercings.
  • Do not remove or change piercing jewellery during the healing period unless advised by your piercer.
  • Any complications or concerns should be addressed immediately with us or a medical professional.

Payment Methods

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment options (specify which ones).
  • Full payment is due at the time of service.
  • Tips are welcomed but not expected.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of beauty services and consumable products, refunds are not offered after a service is completed.
  • If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address it.
  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within their expiry period.

Photography & Social Media

  • We may take photos of your treatment or finished look for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes.
  • We always ask for your consent before sharing images publicly. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know.

Booking Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time to avoid delays.
  • If you bring guests or children, please ensure they are supervised at all times and respectful of other clients.
  • To maintain a calm environment, we ask that mobile phones be kept on silent or vibrate.

Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is collected solely to provide and improve our services and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
  • We comply with all applicable privacy laws and take your confidentiality seriously.
