• Treat your nails like jewels, not tools — avoid using them to open cans, pick at labels, or pry things open.
• Apply cuticle oil daily to nourish the nail bed, prevent dryness, and support healthy growth.
• Wear gloves when cleaning, gardening, or using chemicals — harsh products can break down polish and dry out skin and nails.
• Keep hands moisturised with a gentle hand cream.
• Book your maintenance appointments every 2–3 weeks to avoid overgrowth, lifting, or breakage.

• Don’t bite, pick, or peel your nail coating — it can damage your natural nails.
• Don’t file your nails at home unless instructed — incorrect filing can cause splits or cracking.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water (long baths, hot showers) which can soften and lift enhancements.

• BIAB and gel polish are not designed to be peeled off. Doing so will strip layers from your natural nail.
• You may experience natural nail growth and a slight lifting at the edges if it’s time for a refill — this is normal. Don’t wait too long to rebook!
• Always return for professional removal or infills — no picking or home soak-offs.
