The Beauty Haus Lash Love Promise & Touch-Up Policy

We want you to feel amazing about your lashes from the moment you leave the studio — and for weeks afterwards.

It’s completely normal for some extensions to shed in the first few days. Your natural lashes are always on a growth and shedding cycle, and each extension is bonded to an individual natural lash, so when your lash naturally sheds, the extension goes with it.

That said, if you feel you’ve lost more lashes than expected after your appointment, we’re here to help.

• We offer no-cost touch-ups within 3 days of your initial appointment if there is excessive lash loss.
• Touch-ups must be booked and attended within that 3-day period.
• If there is less than 40% of your extensions remaining, the appointment will be charged as a full set.
• This policy applies to new sets and refills alike.

While we’re always here to help, lashes lost due to incorrect aftercare may not qualify for a complimentary touch-up. 

This includes:

• Using oil-based products near the eyes or on the lashes
• Sleeping face-down or with lashes pressed against the pillow
• Excessive rubbing, pulling, or playing with your lashes
• Exposure to steam, saunas, or chlorinated water in the first 48 hours

Our goal is simple: we want you to love your lashes every day. By following the aftercare tips and letting us know quickly if there’s an issue, we can make sure you leave The Beauty Haus feeling confident and looking fabulous.
